GrooveFlow at GrooveRyde

It was unanimous on where to start week one of our 52 Weeks when it came to signing up GrooveRyde. We learned last year as they assembled the bootcamp part of the YogiNation program that they are a true powerhouse.
They selected GrooveFlow Sundays, yoga for athletes program for us and brought in Sarah Morin to lead the class. Sarah’s recipe for a hot class: “Positive Presence + Determined Breath + Great Music + Kicka$$ Moves + Playing the Edge = Gratitude, Relaxation, and Strength Anything else is just BONUS.” Her anything else included, holding a plank pose while lifting one arm, and if you wanted an extra challenge you also lifted the opposite leg!
It was a donation-based yoga class benefiting Cleveland's Vocational Guidance Services, http://www.vgsjob.org GrooveRyde always brings it! High energy, jammin music, great vibe, beautiful new studio. We have mad love for the Maximo's and their team of amazing people!
